Salman to remake 'Kanchana'?

Raghavendra Lawrence is hoping big time on his forthcoming venture 'Kanchana', which is a sequel to 'Muni'. "Salman Khan recently watched promos of the film and expressed his desire to remake it in Hindi", he says.

The actor-director-choreographer, who has played the lead role in 'Kanchana' besides directing it, says, "The film will be a roller-coaster ride of thrill, suspense, action and comedy. Elders and kids could enjoy it alike".

Produced by N Radha for Sri Thenandal Films, 'Kanchana' has Sarath Kumar playing a totally different role. "His character would be much talked about. Even I have played an unusual role", Lawrence says.

Lakshmi Rai has played the heroine. "The climax scene will be the highlight of the movie. It was shot in front of a huge Amman statue with more than 1000 junior artistes. Kanchana is releasing this month,� he signs off.
