Anushka watches 'DT' with fans

It was the first day of Deiva Thirumagals release (Friday last) and Anushka, one of the leading ladies of the Vikram-starrer film, watched the movie along with the audience in a couple of cinema halls in Chennai.
"The response was so overwhelming. I found the audience so moved by the script and Vikram's performance. This is the power of a good movie," says the actress, who played an advocate in the film directed by A L Vijay.
Anushka is all set to act opposite Karthi in one of his forthcoming films, which is expected to go on floors. However she is tight-lipped about it. "I don't want to comment on something which I am not supposed to," she says.
At the same time, Anushka says she was approached to play the heroine in 'Siruthai'. "But at that time, I found it difficult to accommodate my dates," she says. Please note she is the female lead of 'Vikrmarkudu', the Telugu blockbuster which inspired 'Siruthai'.
