The cast of 'Deiva Thirumagal'

Santhanam who is ruling the roost in Tamil cinema as a comedian is known for his situational comedy and has always been paired with the male protagonist of the films. But, for the first time, Santhanam and Anushka set the floor for a rib tickling comedy in the film.
Santhanam has performed in some really emotional scenesK-town has been buzzing with reports on Anushka’s de-glam role as a lawyer; she has toned down her glamour quotient and sported a desi-contemporary look. It is said that Anushka was very excited with her refreshing outlook.
Another pair taking care of comedy will be M S Bhaskar and Pandi (of ‘Angaadi Theru’ fame). MS Bhaskar, who is known to work on his various looks, he has acted with a set denture for his upper set of teeth, these jut out giving him the bunny look (just that more than just two teeth stick out). Not that this was special, for he even dubbed with the denture on so that he could get those slurs right. Whew!
And the lead lady, Amala Paul of ‘Mynaa’ fame has played a mature character that needs her to perform on that level. The versatile actor has pulled it with perfection, say sources. This seems to have earned her immense praise from the director, Vijay and the hero, Vikram. It is said that Amala Paul and Sara share a wonderful bond on screen.
Nasser plays a very important role in the film, an elite and a highly successful lawyer character named ‘Bhashyam’. His character brings in a serious note in the film and not of an antagonist but for what the story requires.
