Almost a week after Superstar Rajinikanth's discharge from a Singapore hospital, a section of the media in Chennai published reports about his alleged weight loss. Clearing all these rumours, son-in-law Dhanush recently tweeted, "Guys the news on a Tamil daily which says Superstar has lost weight and all is absolutely made up and false.
