Close on the heels of the arrest of Sun’s COO Hansraj Saxena, its chief Kalanidhi Maran has been summoned by the Chennai police for interrogation. Police circles say that Kalanidhi is being summoned for questioning in various cases.Kalanidhi Maran has requested time till July 26th, 2011 for appearing for interrogation. As of now it looks like the police may give him time. When the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J Jayalalitha was questioned about this, she said action will be taken based on the evidence and cases against SUN Network.
