Rules are meant to be broken! This seems to be the latest mantra of director Krish who made the path breaking Vedam in Telugu recently. Apart from breaking the general jinx of six songs and two fights, Krish also proved that good cinema always triumphs over all the obstacles. After breaking records in Tollywood, Krish's Vaanam (remake of Vedam) is all to be released in Tamil soon.
Simbu will play the role of Cable Raju (originally played by Allu Arjun) in the Tamil version. Anushka reprises her role from the original. The film also has Jasmine, Bharath and Vega in prominent roles. Reportedly a mass kuthu song picturised on Simbu and Anushka will be added to this movie and the script has been changed to suit the taste of Tamil audiences. The film, directed by Krish, is jointly produced by VTV Ganesh and R. Ganesh under VTV Productions and Magic Box Pictures banner.
Another major highlight of the film is it's music by Yuvanshankar Raja. A single song 'Evan Di Unna Pethan' from Vaanam, which was released first, took the industry by wave already. A now almost all the songs by Yuvan is topping the charts!
